How to Cancel an Order

Canceling within 12 Hours

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@veceno.com within the first 12 hours. Our team will assist you in finding a solution.

Confirming Order Cancellation

After we canceling your order, you will receive another email confirming the successful cancellation. If you haven’t received the cancellation confirmation email, please let us know at support@veceno.com , including your original order number (#), and we will verify the status for you.

Difficulty Canceling with Gift Card in Order 

If your order includes a gift card, please email us at support@veceno.com as soon as possible. Include your order number (#) and specify your cancellation or change request. Our team will promptly assist you.
